Community partnerships

Melbourne's port has been a vital part of the city since its earliest days. Fostering and growing this connection continues today through our community partnerships and events.

Sponsorship for your group or event

We support community events and activities which are:

  • run by not for profit community-based organisations which contribute to the vibrancy, sustainability and inclusion of communities around the port
  • iconic events which show the connection between the port and Melbourne.

Small sponsorship allocations remain available for events and groups in the port-side municipalities of Maribyrnong, Melbourne and Port Phillip in 2016-17.

To discuss your community event or activity, particularly those with a port city, maritime or educational theme, contact our team or download our Sponsorship Request Form (PDF) and tell us about your activity.

(Please download the Sponsorship Request Form, open it in Acrobat Reader, type in your information, save it, then email to us via the link on the form.)
