Shared Spaces

A masterplan to improve the appearance and experience of open spaces around the Port of Melbourne received broad community and industry support during public consultation in 2011.

Now, Port of Melbourne Corporation (PoMC) has finalised the plan and works are expected to start in late 2012.

The final Port Interface Landscape Masterplan will build a shared port and community vision for the open spaces managed by PoMC in Williamstown, Newport, Spotswood, Yarraville, Footscray, West Melbourne, Docklands and South Wharf.
