Reflect RAP

In November 2022, Port of Melbourne proudly presented its first Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), the Reflect RAP, which outlines the practical actions that the business will take in partnership with local Registered Aboriginal Parties and surrounding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, communities and businesses to support reconciliation.

Innovate RAP

In December 2025, Port of Melbourne published its Innovate RAP, reaffirming its commitment to its reconciliation journey.

This plan sets out meaningful actions to strengthen relationships and create opportunities in partnership with local Registered Aboriginal Parties and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, communities, and businesses.
