Finance Operations Team Leader

An opportunity has arisen within our Finance Operations Team (Finance Division) for a Finance Operations Team Leader.

Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, this role will assist the Finance Operations team in providing efficient and effective services including assessing and billing all ship related wharfage and property charges, processing accounts for payment and the receipt of monies and the payment of cash disbursements.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in a financial environment with a sound knowledge and understanding of financial systems and policies and procedures relating to accounts receivable, accounts payable and debt recovery. In addition the successful candidate will also have strong customer service skills and approach to business functions. Deep knowledge in respect of finance operations related tasks, industry knowledge and prior experience in a similar role will be considered favourably.

In addition, it is expected that this role will provide cover for the upcoming maternity leave for the Manager Finance Operations for a 12 month period starting Feb – Mar 2021.
